We will send you the tracking number after you made the order. Please check your email or account status. You can also stay tune our Facebook page for latest update.

Parcels will be sent out by using Courier Service Skynet.

Postage

West Malaysia : RM 8 per Order

East Malaysia : RM 15 per Order

Singapore: RM 45 per kg

Exchange or Refunds Policy

Exchanges or refunds are not available at Simple Love Fashion. Once the order is made, cancellation cannot be made. 

If defective item or wrong items is received by customer, customer are required to notify us for any defective or wrong item received within 3 days from the date of acknowledgement of the parcel.  

Once we have received and verified the condition of the item, customer will received a store credit for the next purchase.  In case those items show any signs of use, they will not be accepted and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages.  

If customer required a refund, please inform our customer service and refund will be done within 2 weeks time upon request. 

In case the item is out of stock, we will refund to the customer in way of credit balance so that the customer can shop for other item in the website immediately. If the customer required the refund in cash, please inform our customer service and refund will be done within 2 weeks time upon request.
